Our studio is in a converted former dairy building and offers a completely private personal training solution for our clients. What better way to work out than away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our clients now benefit from the added value a private studio brings: dedicated quality fitness equipment; beautiful farm environment; on-site quality farm shop which sells its own 'homemade' range of products. Escape and invest in your ‘me time’ before your onward journey be it to work, home or play!
All our sessions are by appointment only, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on public holidays.
We are easy to reach from many locations in Hertfordshire, Essex and North London.

Directions by car – from the A10:
- From the A10 depart at the 'Hertford' junction
- Take the A414 towards Hertford
- At the 'Foxholes' roundabout, near to the business park, take the first turning on your left, sign posted 'Hertford Heath'.
- Follow London Road for about a quarter of a mile until you see signs on your left for Foxholes Farm (burgundy with white writing).
- Turn left here and follow concreted farm road down to farm
- Go past the sign that says 'beef', our studio is in the first building on the left and has signage outside.
- Parking is available directly outside the unit. The farm shop is slightly further up the roadway, directly in front of you.

- From the A1(M) depart at the 'Hertford' junction
- Take the A414 towards Hertford, follow all the way on the outskirts of Hertford heading towards the A10
- At the 'Foxholes' roundabout, near to the business park, take the third turning on your right, signposted 'Hertford Heath'.
