Sue, Marketing Consultant, Ware - wanted to run 10 mile race in 4 weeks training. The furthest Sue had run in the past was a 5k, 6 months earlier, she had agreed to do the race as a bet on her birthday and she was serious about achieving her goal. We derived a personally tailored training programme based on one speed session with us and three other varying type runs each week, whilst maintaining a weekly cross training session and tapering in four weeks!
She says ‘My goal was to run 10 miles under 2 hours, with 4 weeks training. I ran the race in 1 hour and 42 mins. I even sprinted to the finish! Without eKuiLibriuM I wouldn't have achieved my target.’
Anup, IT Consultant, London - suffers with Multiple Sclerosis and was beginning to find being active a problem. She contacted us to help her regain her independence.
