Whatever your current level of wellbeing a 1-2-1 fitness assessment with team eKuiLibriuM will help to get you on track as we start 2013.

Whilst we would love to get hold of you – or your loved ones – for 10 of our results driven 1-2-1 personal training sessions to really get you moving towards your goals and aspirations, a one off appointment may very well be all you need to kick start yours or their fitness plans?

There is no doubt one-off packaged appoinment can offer you motivation; provide focus and allow you to plan your fitness nutrition and wellbeing routines effectively.

What we are offering:

2 hour Fitness Review : 2 hours for You

Hour one
A full consultation with eKuiLibriuM discussing absolutely everything you could ever imagine about your health, fitness & wellbeing journey and objectives.  Let us into what makes you tick; what fitness you do and don’t do; why you may have stopped and what barriers you are trying to overcome to make fitness part of your life or why you want to up the ante!  Tell us about your current eating plan and we will provide ideas that will make this feel a lot easier.  Share a comprehensive health history with us and be guided towards an exercise and activity programme that will help motivate and inspire you.

We will also provide fitness tests including:  lung function; body fat analysis; blood pressure; resting heart rate; weight; height; BMI; hip to waist ratio and a picture will evolve of where you are right now.  A comprehensive WELLBEING MOT and review just for you, about you.

You will set goals to cover the next three months and year and also agree committments that you will follow to achieve the goals.

Following straight into :

Hour two
A focussed fitness session tailored to give you ideas to incorporate in your home or gym based routines to help you move towards your goals and objectives.  This will also include more active physical testing as appropriate to give you some other markers.  You will leave us inspired; motivated; happily stretched and ready to rock n roll!

Follow up
By email:  our ACTION PLAN which includes :- your goals and committments; your statistics and what they mean; our nutritional advice report and a copy of the programme that you did in the studio with us.

Our invitation is to spend two hours with us.  Monday to Friday by appointment only, between the hours of 10am to 4pm to get you back on track and move yourself forward.

All this for only £89 payable at time of booking.

Subsequent studio based follow ups are recommended every 6 to 12 weeks dependent on your goals.
