Customer Service is Key - FSB Hertfordshire Awards nomination

We are delighted to announce that we have been nominated for a brand new publicly voted category at the FSB (Federation of Small Business) Hertfordshire Business Awards -‘Best Customer Service’.  The awards are highly regarded within the business world and have a variety of categories that as a business you can enter and nominate ‘why’ you are the best in Hertfordshire.  The awards have always judged by a panel of industry experts, but the new award differs as it is voted for by the public.

We are one of only twelve businesses nominated in Hertfordshire for the Best Customer Service award and this is a fabulous accolade in itself.  One of our clients took the time to contact the FSB to nominate us and we are very thankful to that client.  We are up against some rather large, well established, businesses in Hertfordshire and we would be absolutely delighted to be short-listed for the final in June – or perhaps even to win the award!  Who knows if that is possible but we will need your help to achieve that!  Please could you go on-line to the site here and click the ‘Vote Now’ button.  You will need to enter your contact details (seems one vote per person per email address) and select Ekuilibrium personal training from the drop down menu.  VOTE NOW – BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE 2016.  Here is a bit more about our customer service ‘policy’.

eKuiLibriuM personal training is a micro-business contributing to the Hertfordshire economy and we are proud to be in our 13th year of business.  Our business would not have stood the test of time if we did not provide quality customer service.  We aim to provide a consistent service throughout your journey with us.  Whether you attend for a complimentary consultation, one block of ten sessions, or are like some of our longer standing clients who have been with us for almost 10 years, you are all valued and offered the same level of service throughout.

We have communication systems in place from enquiry to your commencement and beyond, from the first email or phone call we will listen to your needs and offer impartial advice without prejudice.  Our initial consultation service is complimentary and available to all who enquire, even if they do not take up personal training with us.  We have been known to signpost people to alternative means of incorporating activity into their life even if they do not work with us.  It is always about what is right for the client.

We are small enough to adapt our service based on your needs, desires and requests wherever possible.  Everyone is treated the same and by that we mean we aim to offer everyone first class customer service and an experience that you would expect from service providers that are far bigger than us.

Everyone who becomes an eKuiLibriuM client is given balanced nutritional advice and a copy of our healthy eating cookbook.  We encourage and guide clients to investigate the healthiest eating methods to suit their lifestyles and adapt them within their budgetary limitations.  We do not chastise or berate or insist that a client has to eat a certain way.  Clients are encouraged as independent conscious adults to make informed balanced decisions throughout.

We aim to keep you updated of news and events in the industry by regular email newsletters and updates via social media pages such as facebook and twitter.  Clients have access to our personal mobile numbers and we can be contacted at any time to answer questions, guide, encourage and congratulate them.

Appointment times are held for clients as their ‘time’ once they commit to a regular slot and we aim to fufil every session on time.  Each session will consist of a series of challenges for the client based on their goals, but can also able to be adapted on the day to take into account variances in health, wellbeing and motivation.

Confidentiality is king for eKuiLibriuM.  We never divulge who you are, or what you want to achieve!

We aim to support all clients with their goals outside of their sessions and encourage personal responsibility to make physical activity part of their lives.  We actively support their participation in other clubs and facilities to ensure that they include fitness for life.

We aim to support a variety of charitable organisations and have done so over the 13 years, with many of the causes being close to our own personal lives and those of our clients.

We reward all client referrals with a complimentary session as a thank you for them taking the time to tell people they believe in the service that we offer.

Thank you for supporting eKuiLibriuM.  We are fortunate to have met and worked with hundreds of wonderful people since we started our business from zero at the end of 2003.  We have always stayed true to our values and beliefs about providing a personal service for all of our clients.  We aim to give back to the community wherever we can  by participating in charitable events and also by offering community coaching. Our key aim is to offer you a service that aids and encourages your aspirations.  We offer you a series of tools to apply yourselves to achieve the results you desire.   We aim to set ourselves challenges that reflect these statements and to also live according to the values we share.  Living life in balance in every sense.
